At Lovekatie, we want you to feel good about what you wear. If something is not quite right, we are here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags still attached.

Items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be accepted.

To start a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, you will receive instructions on how to send your item back.

Non Returnable Items

Certain items may not be eligible for return for hygiene or limited release reasons. These include intimate wear and any items marked as final sale.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Please allow a few business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.

Shipping fees are not refundable.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or item, we recommend placing a new order and returning the original item for a refund.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos so we can resolve the issue quickly.
